Continuing our quest for weight loss & the Fight to be Fit, today we’re diving into a full body circuit! Remember: the goal of circuit training is to burn as many calories as possible in a short amount of time. Be sure to push yourself…but only as much as your body will allow. Pace yourself and be sure to have a bottle of water nearby!
