Jair is always evolving as a trainer through education and training. He desires to become as well rounded trainer as he can be by exploring many fields of fitness, including martial arts. Jair’s program base is the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s Optimum Performance Training Model (NASM OPT Model), which is a systematic progressive program that is divided into three main phases: phase 1 – stabilization endurance; phase 2 -strength; phase 3 – power. Jair loves to help people change their body composition, to increase strength, and to increase athletic performance. However, his main satisfaction is to help heal people through exercise. He has worked with clients with many limitations and was still able to help them reach their goals and to restore their proper function.
